2023 Festival of Learning - call for presenters
ALC's 2023 Festival of Learning theme is inspired by Paul's advice to the Colossians:
Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. (Colossians 3:12 NIV)
The Festival of Learning provides an opportunity for people to come together and learn from each other while reflecting on faith, ministry and theology.
You are invited to indicate interest in presenting at the 2023 Festival of Learning under the theme 'Holy and Dearly Loved – Called and Clothed'.
Potential presenters should define the theme broadly as an eclectic range of presentations designed to appeal to participants with diverse interests and perspectives. Presentations can be focussed on theological, biblical, missiological, practical, cultural, Christological or ethical aspects of the theme, current research, or any other conversations and topics connected to the theme.
Sessions run for 50 minutes and generally take the format of a presentation followed by a time for questions. Presentations will take place online so those presenting do not need to be located in Adelaide.
The call for presentations closes at the end of October. Please email your expression of interest to alc@alc.edu.au including a title and synopsis of the proposed presentation.
