Library reopens after lockdown restrictions lifted
In keeping with recent announcements by Premier Steven Marshall concerning the lifting of lockdown restrictions in South Australia associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, the ALC Library will reopen on Monday 18 May 2020.
In order to align with published public safety guidelines, the number of library users able to enter the library at any given time will be restricted to ten, until further notice. All visitors are requested to comply with published health guidelines, such as the mandatory requirement for social distancing (1.5 m between people, one person per 4 square metre indoors), no collaborative gatherings within the library, and maintenance of personal hygiene (hand washing). To facilitate access and contact tracing, a log of all visitors to the library will be kept.
Given the restriction on the number of people able to access the library, priority will be given to ALC’s faculty and students. Other members of the library are welcome to contact the library for assistance and may be granted physical access to the premises if numbers permit. Any library related enquiry may be directed to: +61 8 7120 8270, or email: firstname.lastname@example.org (for all enquiries, including interlibrary loan and document delivery requests).
