Focus on May LTJ

The Lutheran Theological Journal (LTJ) is published each year in May, August, and December. While some issues are built around a theme, the May edition covers a wide range of topics including: a look at the history of the journal itself; the issue of being a Lutheran church ‘in mission’, tackling the question of adult baptism and its relationship to catechesis; the post-baptism process of maturing in Christian faith and discipleship—worship as a vehicle for Christian education; and the bible’s ordering of marriage and church.
