Invigilator nomination form
Use this form to nominate an invigilator for a test or examination.
So that ALC may vouch for integrity in all its assessments, students must make arrangements for the invigilation of quizzes, tests and examinations.
Invigilators must be:
- at least 18 years old
- not an immediate relative of the student
- not currently enrolled as a student at ALC
- accepted by the unit lecturer

ALC will confirm acceptance of your invigilator. If you do not receive a response within 3 days of submitting the form, contact the Office of Student Records by email student.records@alc.edu.au or on +61 8 7120 8200/freecall 1800 625 193.
