The ALC logo and branding combines old and new design elements to represent our College’s past and future.
We value and thank God for our theological and educational heritage as we seek to learn and apply that heritage in the Church’s new and constantly changing contexts. Very importantly, this branding also foregrounds our core identity as a learning community who dedicates itself to Lutheran theological education for the whole and wholeness of life and service. This involves valuing our rich heritage by applying it to the new and challenging contexts in which students and staff serve.
While Australian Lutheran College remains our legal and trading name, we aim to make ALC the name people recognise as the place to go for their theological education and training.
The new brand and logo was launched in September 2018 to affirm our renewed focus on being an innovative and engaging learning community.
