Use your library card / library barcode to:

  • borrow items
  • access databases and electronic resources while off-campus where required (ask a librarian about access to open source or UD journals)
  • view and renew your loans via My Account
  • place holds

Membership categories

In addition to students and staff, the following may apply for membership:

  • pastors, lay workers, staff of congregations and schools of the Lutheran Church of Australia
  • reciprocal borrowers (see conditions under Reciprocal borrowing)

Membership charges for all other borrowers

Refer to the ALC Library fee schedule for current fees and other charges.

Applying for membership

This may be achieved either online or in person via one of these options: 

  • complete and submit an online application form, or
  • download and complete an application form then print and post it to the library, or
  • visit the library in person where a librarian will assist you with your application for membership
