Invigilator nomination form
So that ALC can ensure the integrity of distributed assessments, students must make arrangements for the invigilation (supervision) of assessment tasks such as quizzes, tests and examinations.
Use this form to nominate an invigilator.
Invigilators must be:
- at least 18 years old
- not an immediate relative of the student
- not currently enrolled as a student at ALC
- approved by ALC
- generally available to supervise the student as required.
Invigilator responsibilities are outlined in the Invigilation Information Sheet.
If the approved invigilator is unavailable on the day of an assessment, please advise student.records@alc.edu.au as soon as possible of a suitable substitute.
ALC will confirm acceptance of your invigilator. If you do not receive a response within 7 days of submitting the form, contact the Office of Student Records by email student.records@alc.edu.au or on +61 8 7120 8200/freecall 1800 625 193.
