ALC welcomes overseas students and offers them the opportunity to be part of a caring community of theological study. We want you to have a rewarding, enjoyable and safe experience while studying with us.

ALC offers higher education degrees through the University of Divinity (UD). See Course information.

Please note: UD does not use international education agents.

We provide a range of services to support and help students to succeed in their studies. These include:

  • an orientation program for all new overseas students
  • English language assistance
  • academic skills
  • course planning
  • pastoral care
  • library orientation
  • guidance on where to go in an emergency

Our Overseas Student Support Officer, Rev Richard Haar, helps wherever possible in settling overseas students into life and study at ALC in North Adelaide.

Important dates

New students who begin a course of study need to be present at ALC at least two weeks before the first day of semester to attend orientation and to ensure a successful transition to student life in Australia.
