Rosslyn provides administrative support to the Academic Dean and manages the Dean’s Office. She is also the Registrar and has the responsibility for student records.
Rosslyn is a member of the team which takes enquiries and receives visitors.

Pastor Bob Kempe was a lecturer at Australian Lutheran College from 2001 to 2008. Bob has continued to serve the LCA by administering in-service professional development of pastors and remains an accredited supervisor for Clinical Pastoral Education.

Casual Academic (Counselling)
Kate brings to the Bachelor of Counselling tremendous cross-cultural experience growing up in both Canada and Russia before moving to Australia. Kate is a registered clinical counsellor in private practice (i.e., Doongalla Counselling) with a particular interest in trauma recovery and also neurodiversity. She is also pursuing post-graduate studies focusing on faith deconstruction and reconstruction. Given her professional specialisation Kate leads the unit Trauma-Informed Counselling In The Context Of Loss and Grief.

Merryn teaches units in the programs for pre-service and in-service teachers and is the Dean of the College.
