New release marks milestone for LTJ
ALC is pleased to announce the release of the latest edition of the Lutheran Theological Journal (LTJ) – the 60th edition in its series.
Articles featured in this milestone edition include:
- Divine providence and quantum entanglement: A Lutheran meditation on the hidden order of creation by Nicos Kaloyirou
- Metaphors for ‘church’ and ‘mission’ in the LCANZ by Dan Mueller
- Determinants of success in ministry: A post-ordination reflection by Tanya Wittwer
The remaining pages of this edition then shift their attention to literature, focussing on two review articles. The first article reviews ALC Associate Professor Stephen Hultgren’s two-volume work Mighty in Word and Deed; the second reviews ALC Honorary Research Associate Roger Whittall’s latest publication – the first English translation of Yves Congar’s Martin Luther: His Faith and His Reform. Three shorter book reviews conclude the issue.
Whether you're a long-time reader or new to LTJ, now is a good time to (re)subscribe and support theological dialogue within and beyond the Lutheran tradition. You may also wish to consider purchasing a gift subscription for someone special this Christmas. Find more information on LTJ here.
