You may choose your own supplier of texts and readings for ALC units from various local, Australian or overseas suppliers through their websites or bookshops, in either hard copy or ebook.

Recommended reading lists

Required textbooks

ALC assumes that you will have access to the required learning resources. The required text is listed in the scheduled unit information in UMS.  Required texts are subject to change. Please contact your lecturer prior to purchase.

Recommended/additional/reference texts

All units of study have learning resources available in the learning management system (ARK). Your lecturer may provide a list of further reading for your interest, research and/or assignment writing. 

ALC Library holdings

The ALC Library holds limited copies of required texts for short term loan and items from the recommended reading lists as well as wider reading material and an expanding collection of ebooks. See the Library catalogue.
